The finals of Kalinga Super Cup 2024 are only hours away. The final between Odisha FC and East Bengal FC will be played at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar.

Odisha FC proved their mettle by beating Inter Kashi, defeating renowned teams like Bengaluru FC and FC Goa to book their place in the knockout stages. Later, Odisha also proved their good defense in the semi-final match against Mumbai City FC.

"We have a big fight ahead of us. We have the responsibility to retain the trophy. We are excited about this opportunity. But the most important thing is to enjoy this final. It is a big match for everyone - players, coaches, staff, fans... everyone." Odisha FC coach Sergio Lobera said ahead of the match.

On the other hand in the finals, East Bengal FC will try their hardest to capitalize on the opportunity they got. Since joining the ISL in 2020, East Bengal FC has yet to win a title. A win in Bhubaneswar would end a 12-year title deficit since the last time they won the Federation Cup in 2012.

"We feel very good. We have been fighting for results for a long time. It is very important for us to reach a final. We did not win the Durand Cup, so we will try our best for a good result." East Bengal FC coach Quadrat said ahead of the match.

The Kalinga Stadium is sure to witness an exciting battle as Odisha FC, who are on a 15-match unbeaten run, meet East Bengal FC, who have scored the most goals in the Kalinga Super Cup tournament so far (10 goals). Both teams will field their best eleven players in the finals as there are no injury concerns for either team.
