It’s football time, and India is gearing up with an exciting start to the fourth edition of the Hero Indian Super League 2017-18 (@IndSuperLeague). #HeroISL is getting bigger with each passing year and the fourth season is expected to be the biggest of them all, on and off the field. The @IndSuperLeague Twitter account will take fans on a journey across all venues and offer real-time updates on the season.

ISL is launching a host of innovative interactive fan experiences on Twitter to enhance the football experience this #HeroISL. Fans will enjoy premium video highlights (#ISLRecap and #ISLMoments), a special Twitter emoji for the ISL trophy with #LetsFootball, match recaps with Twitter Moments and more #OnlyOnTwitter experiences.

Here’s what football fans can look forward to at the #HeroISL over the next few months:

Match Video Highlights in four languages: In a first for any Indian sports league, fans will be able to catch match video highlights in four different languages including English, Hindi, Bengali and Malayalam. Just one of the ways in which the #HeroISL will make it a uniquely Indian experience for fans on Twitter.

A Twitter Emoji for #LetsFootball: Fans can add a little colour to the Twitter conversation around the #HeroISL by Tweeting with #LetsFootball and unlocking a new Twitter Emoji: The #HeroISL trophy.

#ISLInsider - Behind-the-scenes videos with the Twitter Cam

The fun continues off the field this season, as @IndSuperLeague brings fans closer to all the behind the scenes banter with the #ISLInsider. This is a video series featuring personalized player videos, created using the Twitter Cam.
