FC Goa manager Zico was left to rue the unfairness of football after his side created chances galore but went down 1-2 to league leaders Atletico de Kolkata in an acrimonious match of the Hero Indian Super League at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium here in Margao tonight.“This is no fair result, football is like that. We had our chances to score and we did not take them,” the Brazilian legend said at the post match press conference after the defeat. “But we will try hard and try to win our next match." Zico said his team played well and they created chances like in their previous matches but could not cash in on them. Once they were even unlucky to be denied by the post which would have put them two goals ahead and sealed the fate of the match. On the other hand, he praised the opportunism of Cavin Lobo whose brace helped the visitors to clinch victory after his own countryman Andre Santos had put the hosts ahead in the first half. “The goals that were scored by them were very good,” he acknowledged. However, he faulted his team for poor marking and lack of attention as the match winner came off a faulty clearance by his defence which Lobo pounced on and fired home in a flash from just outside the box.
