Bengaluru FC picked up their first win of the Indian Super League (ISL) 2023-24 season as they edged past East Bengal FC at the Sree Kanteerava stadium on Wednesday.

The result also meant that East Bengal FC suffered their first loss of the campaign as there was no happy return for Carles Cuadrat to the Sree Kanteerava stadium.

Sunil Chhetri made a goalscoring return to the Bengaluru FC fold before Javi Hernandez grabbed the headlines with a stunning bicycle kick to win the game for the Blues.
