NorthEast United FC announced the signing of Gurmeet Singh as a free agent, on Saturday, through their social media. The promising goalkeeper has inked a significant 4.5-year deal with the Highlanders.

A young Gurmeet made his professional debut in the Indian Super League with NorthEast United FC in 2019 and later went on to join Hyderabad FC in 2021. He also represented the Indian National team at the recently concluded Asian Games. As he returns to the club, his growth and achievements in the interim promise an exciting chapter for both Gurmeet and NorthEast United FC.
