Mohun Bagan Super Giant striker Jamie Maclaren has been named the Player of the Month for February 2025.

The Australian forward played a big part in the club’s four wins in the month that secured League Shield glory for the Mariners for a second time in a row.

Maclaren scored four goals and provided an assist in the four games he played in February which included two braces in the 3-0 victories over Punjab FC and Kerala Blasters FC. He played every minute of the club’s matches in the month.

The 31-year-old has been impressive all season scoring eleven goals and providing two assists. He is the Mariners’ top goalscorer in the ISL this season.

The Australian topped a five-man shortlist for February’s Player of the Month award, determined through a selection process where fan votes and expert opinions each accounted for 50% of the final decision.

From the experts’ vote share, Subhasish Bose and Vishal Kaith, the January winner of the award received 15%, while Maclaren along with Noguera secured 10% each.

Maclaren led the fan voting with 22.4%, followed by Alaaeddine Ajaraie with 14.31%, Kaith with 6.66%, Bose with 5.25% and Noguera with 1.38%.

With the combined total, Maclaren topped the overall voting with 32.4%, followed by Kaith in second place with 21.66% and Bose in third place with 20.25%.
