Match 29 Preview: Odisha FC, Jamshedpur FC look to close the gap on league leaders
Odisha FC will lock horns with Jamshedpur FC in match 29 of Hero Indian Super League (ISL) 2021-22 season at Tilak Maidan Stadium, Vasco da Gama, Goa on Tuesday.
Odisha FC is placed second in the table with nine points in four matches. They are only three points behind the league leaders Mumbai City FC.
Jamshedpur FC, on the other hand, are ranked fourth in the league with only a point behind Odisha FC. However, JFC has played one game more than OFC.
In the last match, a solid second half performance sealed a 1-0 win for Odisha FC. After struggling to create chances in the first half, they came out strong and turned the game around. While their opponents, Jamshedpur FC, lost 4-2 against Mumbai City FC. JFC went 3-0 down in the first half itself, although they tried to get back in the game with two quick goals in the second half but were unable to complete the comeback.

Nerijus Valskis: The 34-year-old is a leader in the squad. He has two goals and one assist in their five matches. The Lithuanian won the golden boot in the 2019-20 season.
Komal Thatal: The winger has looked dangerous on the left flank. He almost inspired a comeback from JFC in the last match courtesy of a beautiful goal early in the second half.
