Juan Pedro Benali’s men will be eager to kick off their Kalinga Super Cup campaign with a win and carry forward their cup form, having last tasted silverware in the Durand Cup. After a disappointing exit from the ISL Playoffs, the Highlanders will be keen to make a strong statement.

Mohammedan SC, on the other hand, finished bottom of the ISL table this season. They wrapped up the league with 38 points, including 12 wins. Jamil’s side also impressed at the Furnace, notching the third-highest points tally on home soil.

Hyderabad FC, on the other hand, endured a turbulent campaign, with head coach Thangboi Singto departing midseason.
