Indian Super League (ISL) outfit Jamshedpur FC will be eyeing back-to-back wins in the Durand Cup as they gear up to face Indian Army FT in their second group stage clash at the JRD Tata Sports Complex in Jamshedpur.

The Men of Steel began their Durand Cup 2025 journey with a thrilling 3–2 win over Nepal’s Tribhuvan Army FC and will now look to maintain their winning run and move one step closer to advancing to the knockout stage.

Jamshedpur FC had their task cut out in their opening fixture, with Nepal’s Armed Forces side equalising twice, including a spectacular strike from former East Bengal FC defender Ananta Tamang, but the home team held their nerve to clinch all three points.

However, the task won’t be any easier when they face the Indian Army FT. Notably, the two sides were in the same group last year, where the Indian Army pulled off a remarkable second-half comeback to progress to the knockouts and hand Jamshedpur FC an early exit.

Indian Army FT will be hoping to script another upset and get their campaign off to a strong start. But Jamil’s men, coming off their opening win, will aim to build on the momentum and secure three more points with another solid performance at home.
