Hyderabad FC will embark on their Durand Cup 2022 campaign on Monday as they face their Group C opponents TRAU FC.
Champions of the Hero ISL 2021-22 season, Hyderabad FC will ensure their winning momentum is kept on track, with fresh additions to the team, and will aim for nothing less than the title.
The Manuel Marquez-led side will look to get off to a winning start in their opening fixture of the Durand Cup against Tiddim Road Athletic Union (TRAU) at the Khuman Lampak Stadium in Imphal on Monday.
With all eyes on Hyderabad FC as the reigning Hero ISL champions of the 2021-22 season, the Durand Cup will be a defining factor for the side to push their ambitions up for an even better Hero ISL campaign.
Having retained most of the core players in the team with some additions in the foreign department, the attacking style of the Yellow and Blacks will not be an unfamiliar sight.
😍 And finally, it's Matchday, the first one this season!

The attacking firepower of Joel Chianese, Bartholomew Ogbeche, Javier Siverio, and Rohit Danu will be a driving force for the side alongside the likes of Sana Singh, Akash Mishra, Juanan, and new signing Alex Saji in the backline.
Deemed as favourites to top the group featuring NEROCA, Chennaiyin FC, Army Red FT, and TRAU in Group C, Hyderabad FC will not be backing down to use the full strength of their squad and make the most use of their young crops.
On the contrary, TRAU FC haven’t had the best of starts to their Durand Cup campaign after having lost 3-1 to NEROCA FC in the Imphal derby, and will look to bounce back to register their first victory of the campaign.
Hyderabad FC’s match against TRAU FC will be held at 3 PM IST in Imphal on Monday and will be shown live on Sports18, Sports18 HD and will be streamed live on Voot Select and Jio TV.
