Jamil spoke to the media after the match.

Here are the excerpts from his press conference:

How does it feel to win a match after two months?

Yes, we are happy. Everyone has worked hard. The players especially have worked very hard. Deshorn Brown played and made the difference today. Talking about the Indian boys, Danmawia is a good player and he scored a winning goal. Marcelinho is a quality player and so when he came in he changed the game. Talking about Imran, he also worked very hard. Zakaria, Zoherliana, Flottman all did a good job. Everyone played well.

Bengaluru FC had many players missing. Did you always feel you could take advantage of that?

Everybody played today without any pressure and that's why they enjoyed the game and we got the three points which is the most important thing.

Deshorn Brown always loves scoring against his former club Bengaluru FC. How confident were you of him scoring the goal?

Brown can score at any time and he is the best player we have and one of the best player in the ISL. Unfortunately, he got injured this year. He is a quality player and we don't have to tell him anything. He works very hard, he has good speed and when he plays all the players get motivated.

What does this win do to the morale and spirit of the team?

Everyone was thinking about how we haven't won in a long time. Today we got it after a long time so that's a good thing.

You just have two games remaining. What will be the aim for those matches?

Talking about the next match, that is the most important.
