Hyderabad FC forward Bartholomew Ogbeche has advised his teammates to keep their feet on the ground despite an emphatic 5-1 win over NorthEast United in the Hero Indian Super League (ISL) on Monday.

Ogbeche scored two goals in 27th and 78th minutes of the match, that put him third on the list of all-time highest scorers of ISL. He’s also the second-highest scorer in this Hero ISL season.

While speaking in the post-match presentation Ogbeche said, “I am happy to raise the bar high. I think we should do better. We need to demand more from ourselves and we can improve. Most of the young lads are learning and the senior players always advise them not to be satisfied and stay hungry."

Hyderabad FC head coach also remained grounded despite the great success.

In post mast presentation Marquez said, "As a coach, it is difficult to enjoy the match. After the third goal, I was a bit calm. It is important that we did not concede goals today. I am happy with the defensive system today and not only with our four goal scorers."

With 5-1 over NEUFC, HFC sit second on the points table.

In this match. NEUFC weren’t able to cause too many problems to the HFC defence, and full-back Ashish Rai was awarded the Hero player of the match award as a result.

He said, "This (win) was very important for us. We wanted to get all three points. It wasn't an easy challenge because they (Northeast United FC) are a tough team."

NEUFC coach was disappointed with his team performance, but he has confidence that his team can bounce back in coming matches. He added, “We missed some important players today. I take the blame (for today's loss). We will again fight and give our best in the next game. I made a lot of changes in today's starting XI because I wanted to give chances to new players."

Hyderabad FC will be facing FC Goa next on Saturday. On the other hand, NEUFC will be up against SC East Bengal a day earlier.
