Delhi Dynamos FC rescued a point from the jaws of defeat in their Hero Indian Super League Season 2 match against Mumbai City FC at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Friday to take them level on points with FC Goa at the summit of the table. The Lions equalized in truly dramatic fashion with the last touch of the game. A Florent Malouda free-kick broke perfectly for target-man Robin Singh who did the rest to earn his side a hard-fought draw. Delhi midfielder Zodingliana Tochhawng, better known as Adinga by his teammates, spoke to indiansuperleague.com after the game and shared his thoughts on the draw. Here are the excerpts from the interview. How happy are you with the team’s performance after falling behind?Yes, we were playing very well, we deserved to win or at least draw. We drew and it’s okay but we deserved to win, we played really well.Do you view this as two points dropped or a point gained?Had we won we would have gone top of the table which would have been the best for us but at least we got a draw which is okay, and we’ll concentrate on the next game and try to win the next game."We’ll concentrate on the next game and try to win the next game."Zodingliana TochhawngHow happy are you with your own performance?I was playing well today but I know I can do more, so I will work hard in practice and I hope I can do better in the coming matches.Do you think playing two games in four days has had a say in today’s performance?Of course, every human being can get tired but we think in a very positive way so we concentrate on every match, it doesn’t matter…We try our best. How important will it be to top the table and enter the semi-final stage?Yes, that is what we want, so we will try to be on top and qualify for the semi-finals.
