Bengaluru FC lost their second consecutive fixture at home in Hero Indian Super League (ISL) 2017-18 at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium on Thursday. Subhasish Bose was marauding down the left flank along with captain Sunil Chhetri and was adjudged the Emerging Player of the Match even though the Blues eventually lost the contest. While speaking with indiansuperleague.com after the match, he shared his thoughts on the result. Here are the excerpts.

Disappointing result, it was an end to end fixture, what are your thoughts on the match?

Second half we did well and went for it but we did not get the result. We’ll bounce back next game together as a team.

You showed a lot more attacking intent down the left with Sunil Chhetri in the second half, was that planned?

Yeah, our coach planned everything. Everyone helped each other and we went for it but couldn’t get the result this time.

Even Jamshedpur showed a lot of attacking intent, your defence coped well until the last minute, any thoughts on that?

We did well in defence. But we got a lot of chances and couldn’t finish them. We’ll do better next game.

What are your thoughts on Subrata Paul’s performance?

He made many saves today. (There were) so many chances but he stopped all of them.
