FC Pune City’s Nicky Shorey had a dream game against Kerala Blasters FC in the 2015 Hero Indian Super League on Tuesday evening at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Stadium in Pune. Pune won the game 3-2 and it was Shorey who provided the team with all three assists. On the first two occasions, Kalu Uche latched onto the telling crosses in the first half and then Tuncay Sanli made the most of the third one in the second half. It was no surprise that the English defender was adjudged Hero of the Match. The 34-year-old spoke to indiansuperleague.com after the match and expressed delight at having such a great game.
