Delhi Dynamos FC’s six-match unbeaten streak in the 2015 Hero Indian Super League came to an end on Tuesday evening when they lost to Chennaiyin FC 4-0 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai. It was the Lions’ biggest loss ever in the history of the league. Forward Robin Singh, who featured in Delhi’s third loss of the season, spoke to indiansuperleague.com after the match and expressed his disappointment. Here are the excerpts from the interview. What’s your take on the game?We worked hard but unfortunately lost. But we take this on our chin, learn from our mistakes and focus on our game that’s coming in three days. We need to be there in the semi-finals.You comments on having missed a few chances tonight…Nothing as such went wrong. It’s one of those days when the keeper’s in the right place at the right time. We shot but right at the keeper."Every defence has their bad days, we had ours tonight."Robin SinghBeing a ‘defensive’ side this league, how does conceding four goals affect you?Every defence has their bad days, we had ours tonight. But that won’t stop us from believing in ourselves and move forward.Do you think Stiven Mendoza made an impact tonight? No doubt he played a good game and I congratulate him for that. But that’s that – football is a team sport.
