Delhi Dynamos FC will play their final match of the Hero Indian Super League (Hero ISL) 2018-19 season when they face off against ATK at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan in Kolkata on Sunday. Delhi are currently on a six-match unbeaten run and will be eager to extend the streak.

Before the match, indiansuperleague.com caught up with Delhi player Rana Gharami for a chat. Here's what he said.

Thoughts on your first Hero ISL season.

This is my first Hero ISL and I am very happy. However, I would have been happier if Delhi Dynamos FC had a better season. In the initial phase of the season, though we played good football, our luck didn't favour us in some cases. But after the international break, we have picked ourselves up and are currently unbeaten in the last six matches. I just hope to continue this form and play much better in the next Hero ISL Season.

What has been the reason behind this turnaround?

As I said before, we played good football but somehow couldn't get the result. One of the main reasons for that was because we missed a lot of chances. Even when we created chances, we couldn't convert them. But now, we have been scoring a lot which is a good thing. This has been the reason behind us picking up the points.

How does it feel to return to the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata?

It feels great because I will be playing a match in Kolkata after a long time. Previously, I had played quite a number of matches at the stadium and it feels great to be back.
