Kerala fans had a disappointing day on Sunday when their team, Kerala Blasters FC, suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Delhi Dynamos FC at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi. But despite the defeat, there was a silver lining for the home team and it was the debut of their marquee player Carlos Marchena in the Hero Indian Super League.The 36-year-old defender, who joined last year’s finalists ahead of the second season, missed the team’s three previous matches but on Sunday he started and had his moments of brilliance before being replaced by Bruno Perone in the second half. Today was your Hero ISL debut but then the second-half goal happened. What are your thoughts on today’s game?I felt very good appearing in my first ISL game today.
