NorthEast United FC suffered their second consecutive home defeat of Hero Indian Super League (Hero ISL) 2019-20 after Bengaluru FC beat them 2-0 at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium in Guwahati on Wednesday. NorthEast showed grit in their defending but a 68th-minute penalty and a late goal from Albert Serran all but sealed their fate.
