Lucian Goian cut a distraught figure following Mumbai City FC's first loss in the 2016 Hero Indian Super League at the hands of Kerala Blasters FC at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi. Michael Chopra scored the game's only goal in the 58th minute to give his side their first win of the season and end Mumbai's unbeaten start to the league. The Romanian defender completed 64 minutes for Mumbai and made one interception, two successful tackles and three clearances for his side. He spoke to indiansuperleague.com shortly after match. Here are the excerpts from the interview. The unbeaten run of Mumbai City FC comes to an end. What are your thoughts on the match?I think it is better this situation came now as we need to get our feet on the ground. Maybe after the three-game unbeaten run we thought we were unbeatable. Without thinking too much about the game tonight we have to look forward to the game against Delhi Dynamos FC. That is going to be a tough game too. We have to improve on the mistakes from tonight and perform better at the next game. What are some of the learnings from today's performance? We have to learn from every victory and every defeat as well. It is very important that we work on the mistakes that we have made. We have a very short time to do that until the next game.A quick word on the crowd here, is it difficult playing in front of this crowd? It's not difficult. For me at least, as a football player you live for such games. I don't know what to say if you don't enjoy playing with 50,000 people in the stands. You have to enjoy this even if the support is against us, you have to play and lose nothing. This is the pleasure of playing football.
