Delhi Dynamos FC will look to extend their five-match unbeaten streak in the Hero Indian Super League (Hero ISL) 2018-19 when they face off against FC Pune City on Sunday. With both teams in good form, the match promises to be an entertaining affair for the fans.

A day before the fixture, indiansuperleague.com caught up with Delhi defender Gianni Zuiverloon to know his thoughts about the upcoming match. Here's what he had to say.

How has your Hero ISL experience been so far?

I think, so far so good. As a team, we had a difficult start but you saw from the beginning what our way of football was. We wanted to play attractive football, keep the ball, possession play but we made some bad mistakes in the beginning. That was the reason why we didn't win any matches but we played really well. At the end of the first round, we started to see the development. We were playing in the way we wanted and as a result of that, we started getting points. We are now undefeated for five matches. We are developing very well now and we are playing much better. I am happy to play in this team.

On playing under Josep Gombau.

Since the start of the season, the coach showed that he had a unique way of coaching. He had his own vision of playing football. In the beginning, for all of us, it was difficult because we need to play with a lot of confidence when we have the ball as that is the way he wants us to play. He is very demanding of everyone, including the foreign players. I think the good thing about him is that he never lost his way of playing.

Who will be the biggest threat when you face FC Pune City?

We have to watch the whole team because it is not only the defence or the attack. There is a reason that they have won their last six matches. So, I think FC Pune City are doing well as a team. We have to take care of the whole team and of course, their attacking trio is playing good. So, I think it will be an interesting match. Especially for me, as a defender to see if we can keep them from scoring.
