Bengaluru FC beat NorthEast United FC by two goals in their Hero Indian Super League (Hero ISL) 2019-20 fixture at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium in Guwahati on Wednesday. NorthEast United were without Asamoah Gyan but still gave stiff competition to the defending champions until they broke the deadlock in the 68th minute, courtesy Sunil Chhetri’s spot-kick.
