Week 17 of the 2020-21 Hero ISL-Dream11 Fantasy witnessed the culmination of another blockbuster campaign as Mumbai City FC were crowned champions after they got the better of ATK Mohun Bagan in the final on March 13. Wasting Time was the winner of Week 17 after accumulating 1045.5 Dream11 points over the final three matches of the season that were played last week. Even though ATK Mohun Bagan endured a disappointing loss in the final, the top-3 performers from the week belong to them. Let’s see who these players are.
Dream11 MVP of the Week
Roy Krishna (ATK Mohun Bagan) – 136 Dream11 Points

Hero-of-the-League Roy Krishna may not have hit the back of the net for ATK Mohun Bagan last week, but the Mariners would have found it difficult to make the final without the Fijian’s contribution on the pitch. After providing the assist for ATK Mohun Bagan’s only goal in the 1-1 first-leg semi-final draw against NorthEast United FC in the first week of March, Krishna was at it again and set up both goals during the Mariners’ 2-1 second leg win over the Highlanders. He also provided the assist for the opening goal in the grand finale and is the Dream11 MVP of the week having amassed 94 and 42 Dream11 points in the second leg and final respectively.
Key performers from Week 17
David Williams (ATK Mohun Bagan) – 119 Dream11 Points

Like Krishna, David Williams was another ATK Mohun Bagan player who rose to the challenge at the business end of the season and delivered when the team needed him the most. On the scoresheet in the first leg of the semis against the Highlanders, Williams found the back of the net in the second leg as well to guide the Mariners to the final. The Australian attacker wasn’t done yet and scored the opener in the final too, but he missed out on the Hero ISL crown after Mumbai City FC came from behind to win. However, Williams can be proud of his performances in crunch matches having notched up 63 and 56 Dream11 points for his displays in the second leg and the final respectively.
Manvir Singh (ATK Mohun Bagan) – 110 Dream11 Points

Hero ISL 2020-21 was the season when Manvir Singh delivered on his potential after enjoying a lot of gametime under head coach Antonio Lopez Habas at ATK Mohun Bagan. The Indian striker, in fact, had his best season yet, contributing throughout the campaign as well as during crunch matches. It was Manvir’s goal for the Mariners in the second leg that eventually helped Habas’ men get over the line and seal a spot in the final. Even though he didn’t have the best of games in the final, Manvir still crossed 100 Dream11 points for the week having notched up 75 in the second leg and 35 in the last match of the season.
