Dream11 MVP of the Week

Lallianzuala Chhangte (Chennaiyin FC) - 163 Dream11 Points

Lallianzuala Chhangte finally joined the party for Chennaiyin FC in the last week of football. The Indian winger was Hero of the Match in both of the Marina Machans’ matches in Week 14. He scored two goals in their 3-3 draw against NorthEast United FC. Chhangte also won a penalty that was converted by Manuel Lanzarote for their second goal of the game. He was unable to make much of a contribution in their second game of the week (against Kerala Blasters FC) but was a constant threat to their defence.

Key performers from Week 14

Cleiton Silva (Bengaluru FC) - 152 Dream11 Points

Cleiton Silva scored a brace in Bengaluru FC's 4-2 win over Mumbai City FC. The Brazilian forward scored twice in the first half to give his team a two-goal lead. In the second game which ended as a 2-1 loss to FC Goa, Cleiton bagged an assist for Suresh Wangjam's consolation goal.

Ivan Gonzalez (FC Goa) - 129 Dream11 points

Ivan Gonzalez scored once and assisted another goal in FC Goa’s first game of Week 14, against Odisha FC. The Spanish defender assisted Alberto Noguera, who opened the scoring, before adding their third goal of the night to seal the win. Although the defender was unable to find the back of the net in their next game against Bengaluru FC, he made seven clearances and two blocks to help the Gaurs to the three points.

Hero ISL-Dream11 Recruiter: Players to look out for

In addition to the abovementioned players, here are a couple of names to keep an eye on in Week 15.

Luis Machado for NorthEast United FC vs SC East Bengal and Kerala Blasters FC

The Portuguese winger has scored seven goals and assisted one so far this season. The Highlanders play against SC East Bengal on Tuesday and Kerala Blasters FC on Friday, both of whom have been leaky in defence this season, and he will definitely look to take advantage of that and add to his tally.

Adam le Fondre of Mumbai City FC vs Odisha FC and ATK Mohun Bagan

Adam le Fondre has been one of the few bright sparks for Mumbai City FC of late. Although the forward was unable to find the back of the net against Jamshedpur FC in their last match, he is Mumbai City’s top goal-scorer with 11 goals. Following ATK Mohun Bagan’s draw against Hyderabad FC, the striker will hope to find the back of the net and help the Islanders to a win against Odisha FC on Wednesday before they take on ATK Mohun Bagan in the all-important tie on Sunday.
