NorthEast United FC forward Parthib Gogoi has been on a remarkable journey since making his first appearance in the Indian Super League (ISL) in October 2022. Hailing from the small town of Sivasagar in Assam, Gogoi's passion for football was instilled by his father at a very young age.   • The goal against Chennaiyin FC was Parthib Gogoi’s fourth goal from outside the box in the Indian Super League; in fact, since his debut in the 2022/23 season, no other player has scored more such goals in the league.
