Matchweek 25 of the Indian Super League (ISL) presents another challenge for Managers as the league stage nears its end.

League winners Mohun Bagan Super Giant will miss out in the upcoming Matchweek, meaning no action for Subhasish Bose, the top-scoring player in the game, and other popular picks from the Mariners' squad.

With Punjab FC and Kerala Blasters FC crashing out of the playoffs race, a few teams are still fighting for the two remaining playoff spots, making this a crucial Matchweek.

With that, here are our squad picks for the Matchweek.

Goalkeepers

Hrithik Tiwari (FC Goa) - 4.2 CR

Tiwari faces a Mohammedan Sporting Club side who have scored the least goals this season and has a strong chance of keeping a clean sheet. FC Goa have kept back-to-back clean sheets in their previous two games and will be targeting another one.

Defenders

Sandesh Jhingan (FC Goa) - 5.7 CR

Jhingan has accumulated 99 points this season despite missing their initial few games. He has 18 points in his last two games with FC Goa having kept two clean sheets. With Mohammedan SC up next, he will be looking to build on that tally.

Stevan Sapic (Hyderabad FC) - 4.5 CR

Sapic is Hyderabad FC’s second highest scoring player this season and has been a key player for the team. The side have done well at home, going unbeaten in their last five games. With Punjab FC up next, who have only scored thrice in their last five games, Sapic has a good chance of a clean sheet. The defender also has two goals to his name, making him a shrewd option given his price tag.

Rahul Bheke (Bengaluru FC) - 5.0 CR

The top scoring player for Bengaluru FC this season, Bheke has been a popular pick. He registered a whopping 13 points in his last outing against Chennaiyin FC thanks to his goal and clean sheet. With Bengaluru FC’s defence having tightened up in recent games, he is a solid option at the back.

Midfielders

Hugo Boumous (Odisha FC) - 8.5 CR

Boumous missed Odisha FC’s previous game back due to suspension and will be back in action against Jamshedpur FC. With Odisha FC playing their final game of the season, he will be keen to put on a show against a Jamshedpur FC side who have already qualified for the playoffs.

Javi Hernandez (Jamshedpur FC) - 9.5 CR

Hernandez has emerged as the talisman at times for Jamshedpur FC and is the top scoring midfielder in the game. With Jamshedpur FC playing their last home game of the season, expect him to put on a show against a Odisha FC side that has kept very few clean sheets throughout the season.

Andrei Alba (Hyderabad FC) - 4.9 CR

Alba has been the general in midfield for Hyderabad FC and is their top scoring player. His ability to contribute at both ends of the pitch and strong passing skills make him a terrific option in this category with Hyderabad FC expected to dominate possession against Punjab FC.

Korou Singh (Kerala Blasters FC) - 4.5 CR

Singh was on the scoresheet in their draw against Jamshedpur FC. With the Blasters out of the playoffs and playing their final home game of the season against Mumbai City FC, Singh will look to deliver another great performance.

Lallianzuala Chhangte (Mumbai City FC) - 10.2 CR (Vice captain)

Chhangte led the line for Mumbai City FC in their draw vs Mohun Bagan SG and looked threatening especially in the second half. He faces a Kerala Blasters FC side which have struggled to keep clean sheets all season and will look to be involved in the goals again as Mumbai City FC look to close in on the playoffs.

Forwards

Alaaeddine Ajaraie (NorthEast United FC) - 8.6 CR (Captain)

Ajaraie is the top scoring forward in ISL Fantasy this season and is a no-brainer for your team. He scored against Chennaiyin FC in the reverse fixture and has been a menace for opposition defenders. He will look to build on his incredible goalscoring tally against Owen Coyle’s side who are already out of the playoffs and are playing for pride.

Armando Sadiku (FC Goa) - 8.4 CR

Sadiku was on the scoresheet against Mohammedan SC in their reverse fixture. With FC Goa playing their final home game of the season against the most defensively vulnerable side in the league, the forward will look to be back among the goals especially given the uncertainty surrounding Iker Guarrotxena’s availability.

Substitutes

Albino Gomes (Jamshedpur FC) - 4.6 CR

Gomes ranks second in the list of keepers with most points this season. He has done well in Jamshedpur FC’s home games and will be keen on putting on a solid show in their final home clash of the season.

Nathan Rodrigues (Mumbai City FC) - 4.2 CR

The full-back netted the all-important equaliser, helping Mumbai City FC snatch a point against Mohun Bagan SG. His defensive and attacking threat make him a solid budget option, especially for those looking to cover the Mumbai City FC defence.

Anwar Ali (East Bengal FC) - 5.3 CR

East Bengal FC have won their last three games and Ali has been a big reason behind that. The defender is the top scorer for the team this season and despite a tough fixture on paper against Bengaluru FC, he has proved that he can go toe-to-toe with even the best of attackers.

Raphael Messi Bouli (East Bengal FC) - 7.5 CR

The forward has been in a great run of form, providing a goal and an assist in their last three games. He netted his first goal for the club in their win over Hyderabad FC and will be looking to add another one to his tally.
