As the Matchweek 12 deadline approaches, here’s a look at the Best ISL Fantasy XI for the week, set up in a 4-3-3 formation:
Goalkeeper
Prabhsukhan Gill (East Bengal FC) - ₹5.6 CR
Despite a challenging fixture against Odisha FC, East Bengal FC’s defence has been resolute, keeping clean sheets in the last two Matchweeks. Gill is expected to play a key role if his team aims to extend this streak.
Defenders
Subhasish Bose (Mohun Bagan SG) - ₹5 CR
Returning after missing the previous match, Bose shares the title of the highest-scoring defender in the game. Mohun Bagan SG boasts the league’s best defensive record, with their captain a pivotal contributor.
Mourtada Fall (Odisha FC) - ₹6 CR
Fall impressed with a clean sheet against Mumbai City FC in the last game. As a joint-highest scoring defender besides Bose, his ability to combine clean sheets with goals makes him an indispensable pick.
Mehtab Singh (Mumbai City FC) - ₹5.6 CR
Mumbai City FC face bottom-placed Mohammedan SC, who have managed just one win this season. Since Matchweek 4, Singh has registered five points or above in every Matchweek barring one, and remains an attractive option for clean sheet points.
Nathan Rodrigues (Mumbai City FC) - ₹4.2 CR
At just 6% ownership, Rodrigues provides a budget-friendly entry into Mumbai City’s defence. Facing Mohammedan SC, a team struggling for goals, he could be set for another solid showing.
Midfielders
Manvir Singh (Mohun Bagan SG) - ₹8.4 CR
Singh’s recent form has been exceptional, with three goals and three assists in the past six Matchweeks. Facing the league’s worst defence this Matchweek in Kerala Blasters FC, he will be looking to add to his tally.
Connor Shields (Chennaiyin FC) - ₹7.1 CR
Shields has been instrumental for Chennaiyin FC, registering one goal and four assists this season. With a struggling Hyderabad FC defence up next, he could capitalise on their vulnerabilities.
Liston Colaco (Mohun Bagan SG) - ₹7.6 CR
In fine form with two goals in his last three appearances, Colaco has become a regular starter under Jose Molina. He faces Kerala Blasters FC, a side with the league’s most vulnerable defence, presenting an opportunity to extend his scoring run.
Forwards
Luka Majcen (Punjab FC) - ₹8.6 CR
Since returning from injury in Matchweek 7, Majcen has contributed four goals and an assist. His impact has been vital to Punjab FC’s campaign, making him a top fantasy pick.
Iker Guarrotxena (FC Goa) - ₹9.4 CR
With two goals and two assists in his last four games, Guarrotxena continues to demonstrate his creativity and finishing skills. He faces Bengaluru FC, a side without a clean sheet in their last six matches.
Sunil Chhetri (Bengaluru FC) - ₹7.5 CR
The most transferred player this week, Chhetri is in phenomenal form. Following his hat-trick against Kerala Blasters FC, he has amassed five goals and one assist in his past three games, scoring an impressive 27 points in the process.
