Another gameweek of the 2020-21 Hero Indian Super League (Hero ISL) comes to a close with the ATK Mohun Bagan-Odisha FC game on Thursday night, and a number of players have come to the fore for their respective clubs. Mourtada Fall was a key part of Sergio Lobera’s defence at FC Goa last two seasons, and the towering defender has continued his form with Mumbai City FC. Fall made seven clearances and had a strong passing accuracy of 77%. One of his four attempted interceptions was successful besides 63 touches to his name.

Hugo Boumous

Hugo Boumous created history during Mumbai City’s game against SC East Bengal, after his two assists took him to the top of the assist-making charts in the Hero ISL (19). The midfielder had a passing accuracy of 70% as well, and created three chances for his side against SC East Bengal.

Hernan Santana

The Spanish midfielder scored his first goal for Mumbai City against SC East Bengal, and was on spot with his passing, with an astounding accuracy of 98%. Hernan Santana completed 45 of his 46 passes and defensively, he made four tackles, three clearances, two successful interceptions and one block.

Halicharan Narzary

The Hyderabad FC winger was one of the best players against Jamshedpur FC, and it was his shot that led to Aridane Santana’s goal. Narzary's shot was parried away by the goalkeeper onto the feet of the striker. Narzary had two shots on target and a passing accuracy of 73% as well. Defensively, he made five successful interceptions, four clearances and three blocks.

Jorge Ortiz Mendoza

Spanish midfielder Jorge Mendoza created one chance for FC Goa during their 1-1 draw with NorthEast United FC. Jorge also had a passing accuracy of 67% and put in seven crosses for his teammates in addition to his seven shots for FC Goa..

Alberto Noguera

Alberto Noguera, who has established himself in the FC Goa midfield, had a strong passing accuracy of 80% during his side’s 1-1 draw with NorthEast United FC. Noguera created two chances as well and had 81 touches for the Gaurs.

Adam le Fondre

Adam le Fondre scored two goals for Mumbai City FC in what was a perfect performance from the striker. Le Fondre created one chance for his side, while both his shots in the match against SC East Bengal were on target.

Roy Krishna

On Thursday night against Odisha FC, Roy Krishna was on the scoresheet for the third game in a row for ATK Mohun Bagan and helped them maintain their perfect start to the season. The Fijian striker proved to be the difference for his side yet again as he headed home the winner with virtually the last piece of action in the game. He had four shots in the game and completed 13 of his 21 passes.
