Alaaeddine Ajaraie (NorthEast United FC) — 30 goal contributions

Alaaeddine Ajaraie became the first player to score 20+ goals and make 30+ goal contributions in a single season in league history. The Moroccan enjoyed a spectacular debut campaign with the Highlanders, with his consistent goal-scoring form playing a pivotal role in the club’s playoff qualification. Ajaraie's ability to find the back of the net with both feet and excellent positioning sense proved him to be a constant threat to the opponent defenders.
Sunil Chhetri (Bengaluru FC) – 16 goal contributions

Sunil Chhetri was the silver lining in the Blues’ attacking line with 14 goals and two assists, the highest among Bengaluru FC players. He also attempted 27 out of 62 shots on target, maintaining a 52.9% shooting accuracy. He recorded 107 touches in the opposition box and scored six goals as a substitute in the 2024-25 season, the outright highest such tally by any player in a single season.
Diego Mauricio — 15 goal contributions

Diego Mauricio continued to shine bright with Odisha FC, leading the offensive unit in the absence of the injured Roy Krishna. Mauricio’s blistering pace and clinical finishing saw him become the most influential player for the Kalinga Warriors with his versatile attacking display. Besides nine goals and six assists to his name, the Brazilian striker also created 19 chances, logged 13 successful dribbles, and averaged 12 passes per game.
Jamie Maclaren (Mohun Bagan Super Giant) — 14 goal contributions

Jamie Maclaren played a commanding role in Mohun Bagan Super Giant’s ISL double this season. In his debut season with the Mariners, Maclaren finished the season as the club’s highest goalscorer with 14 goals and also racked up two assists to his name. The Australian forward averaged 154.3 minutes per goal and also scored seven match-winning goals this season.
Jason Cummings (Mohun Bagan Super Giant) — 13 goal contributions

Jason Cummings showcased his all-around abilities in the final third and enjoyed another incredible campaign. Besides his crucial goals in crunch moments, Cummings showcased his playmaking skills, bossing the mid-attacking third with his sparkling footwork and intelligent passing range.
