Kalu Uche (Delhi Dynamos FC) - 8 games

In the 2017-18 season, the Nigerian forward displayed remarkable performance, scoring 13 goals and providing two assists in just 15 appearances, making him the top scorer for his team that season. Particularly noteworthy was his impressive run from January to March 2018, during which he played seven matches and scored eight goals.

Throughout the season, he demonstrated a high level of efficiency, achieving a conversion rate of 48.15% from 27 shots taken. On average, he scored 0.87 goals per game, proving his consistent attacking threat.

Despite his outstanding individual contributions, the club had a disappointing season, finishing eighth in the standings.

Roy Krishna (Mohun Bagan Super Giant) - 6 games

Fijian striker Roy Krishna had an incredible ISL goal-scoring run for former club Mohun Bagan SG in the 2020-21 season. Krishna showed a remarkable offensive ability from the beginning of the season, scoring six goals in just five games.

Brazilian midfielder Elano Blumer had a tremendous season with Chennaiyin FC in the inaugural season of the league. The Kolkata side fell to Chennaiyin FC in the semi-finals, but Hume's effort was crucial in getting them into the playoffs.

The Canadian forward had a goal conversion rate of 29% with 39 shots in the season. He also averaged 0.69 goals per game that season, becoming a threat in the opposition’s box.

Dimitrios Diamantakos (Kerala Blasters FC) - 5 games

In the ISL 2022-23 season, Diamantakos scored five goals for the Blasters in as many games. The Greek forward impressed in his debut season for the Blasters as he appeared in 21 games where he chipped in with 10 goals and three assists. His contributions were vital in helping Kerala Blasters FC reach the playoffs.

With 36 shots in total, he managed a goal conversion rate of 27.78% in front of goal, he also averaged 0.48 goals per game. Diamantakos finished the season as Kerala Blasters FC’s top scorer and missed out on the Golden Boot by a close margin.
