The Golden Boot and Golden Glove Awards are the most prestigious individual accolades in the Hero Indian Super League (Hero ISL). Both awards are handed out to the most outstanding performer in each category at the end of the season presentation ceremony. FC Goa forward Ferran Corominas won the Golden Boot last season, while Bengaluru FC stopper Gurpreet Singh Sandhu took home the Golden Glove.

These awards are calculated based on certain pre-defined parameters, which are explained in detail below:

Golden Boot

This award is handed out to the player with the most number of goals at the end of the season. In case multiple players have scored the same number of goals, the player with the higher number of assists will be handed the award. In an event where multiple players have scored the same number of goals and have the same number of assists, the player who has played the least minutes that season will be awarded the Golden Boot.

Golden Glove

This award is handed out to the player who has the best minutes/goals conceded ratio. In case multiple players have the same number in the above criteria, the player with the higher number of clean sheets will win the award. In the event of multiple goalkeepers having the same minutes/goals conceded ratio and number of clean sheets, the player with the higher number of saves will win the Golden Glove.

Note: To be eligible for either of the awards, the player has to play a minimum of 540 minutes in the league through the season.
