ATK Mohun Bagan's Marcelinho has made 16 appearances in this season's Indian Super League, with eight of these coming for his current club. He had previously played for Odisha in the competition during 2020/2021. Marcelinho last made an appearance in an Indian Super League game on March 13, playing just one minute for ATK Mohun Bagan versus Mumbai City in a 2-1 defeat. In total, the attacker has netted two Indian Super League goals in 2020/2021. It was against Bengaluru on February 9 when Marcelinho last scored, netting in a 2-0 win. His opening goal of the campaign came in the 3-2 victory against Kerala Blasters on January 31. Last season for Hyderabad, Marcelinho made 17 Indian Super League appearances, scored seven goals and provided two assists. Marcelinho switched to ATK Mohun Bagan on loan in January 2021 from Odisha, for whom he has made 23 league appearances in total, scoring 10 goals and providing four assists, after joining the club in September 2020 from Pune City.
