Mumbai City FC have had a mixed start to their Hero Indian Super League Season 2 after a defeat and a draw in the previous matches and their assistant coach Oscar Bruzon wants them to get back to winning ways as soon as possible. Mumbai host last year’s semi-finalists Chennaiyin FC at the DY Patil Stadium on Friday and Bruzon, speaking to the media on Thursday, said a win was what they were looking for to get their campaign up and running.“Psychologically, we need to look forward to our first game at home tomorrow, win and change the tendency of not winning games. From the first two games, there are quite a lot of positives. So now we don’t have time to look back, we have time only to look forward,” Bruzon said.Mumbai have a golden opportunity to bring themselves back in reckoning since they play their next five matches at home. Bruzon understands the importance of these matches. “These two weeks, we’ll be introducing our team to the people of Mumbai. We are going to try to put in a good performance tomorrow. We are very sure that the technical side has taken right decisions during scouting, selection as well as the pre-season sessions. And now is the time to show that,” he said. When asked whether he was contemplating a different strategy against Chennai since in their previous matches they found the back of the net just once, the Spaniard said, “The game has already been set from the very first week. But we need to make adaptations, understand our rivals, see if their game is at home, see the conditions of the game. Once we do a study of the style and the line-up, we need to move ahead.“Every single minute of the ISL is crucial. The teams are really good and have a good chance of reaching the finals. So the plan is not just how to start the game, but also how to finish the game. So with our Plans A, B and C in place for tomorrow, all together we could try to get our first victory of the season."Bruzon also confirmed that star attacking midfielder Andre Moritz won’t be available for the game but was confident that they had many names in the team who could step into the breach.
