Robert Lathlamuana was a lively presence after coming on as a second half substitute for Atlético de Kolkata in their 2-1 win against NorthEast United FC at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium in Guwahati on Friday evening. The 28-year-old full-back made two successful tackles, four crosses and played a major role in his side’s second half comeback after going into the break trailing the Highlanders 1-0. The result took ATK to the top of the league, while also ensuring that Jose Molina’s men didn’t suffer back-to-back defeats after losing to Mumbai City FC in their previous game. Lathlamuana spoke to indiansuperleague.com shortly after the match and shared his thoughts. Here are the excerpts from the interview.Tough place but you got the three points. What are your thoughts on that?Last match you know in our home game we lost to Mumbai and today we had a positive mind even though we were one-goal down, we came back stronger and won and everyone is happy. Both the subs, you and Helder Postiga, combining and scripting the win for Kolkata. Are you happy with that? You know every time the coach made a substitution it was necessary to change the game and it worked, and I am very happy. You have a long break now for a week and then again an away game. What do you have to say about that? Now Diwali is coming up, so that will be great.
