Mumbai City FC co-owner Ranbir Kapoor was in seventh heaven after his side bounced back to humble FC Pune City 5-0 in their second round Hero Indian Super League fixture at the DY Patil Stadium on Saturday night. Indiansuperleague.com caught up with the Bollywood star to get his reactions on the victory. Here are some excerpts:What are your thoughts on the performance of your boys? I couldn’t be happier. I have always said winning or losing is not in your hands, what is is giving 100 percent. And that's what the boys gave us.By the end of the game there were seven Indian players on the pitch. How does it feel knowing that you have one of the finest set of Indian players in the Hero Indian Super League?The ISL was created to promote Indian football and give our players the chance to learn from the very best. We picked some of the best Indian talents at the domestic draft and have always been confident that they have the skills to perform on the big stage. Against Pune, that’s what they did. It was incredible. The support the crowd provided the team was phenomenal. The atmosphere in the stadium was electric and the crowd was our 12th player! It felt like a fortress, our fortress. I can’t thank the fans enough. It is their club and they showed exactly why DY Patil Stadium will be a hard one for away teams.Which was your favourite goal of the night and why?The first goal was special. It was our first goal of the tournament, it set the atmosphere and mood in the stadium and it gave the boys the confidence to settle down and play their game. And it was a world-class goal by André Moritz.
