It would be a bitter-sweet moment for Chris Dagnall as he netted his first goal for Kerala Blasters FC in a losing cause against Atlético de Kolkata in the Hero Indian Super League on Tuesday evening. The 29-year-old striker has started in all three of Kerala’s matches so far and is already cementing his spot as a firm fan-favourite amongst the Kerala faithful. His physicality coupled with high work-rate is sure to create havoc amongst opposition defences as the season progresses.
