FC Goa have been the biggest contributor to the goal rush with 36 goals, followed by Bengaluru FC and Jamshedpur FC with 29 each. Goa's Ferran Corominas is currently the frontrunner for this season's Golden Boot with 15 goals, followed by NorthEast's Bartholomew Ogbeche and Mumbai City FC's Modou Sougou on 12 each. All three players will be involved in the semi-finals and fans can expect an engaging contest between the goal machines to become the season's top scorer. Coro also leads the assists charts with seven to his name.

Bengaluru's Sunil Chhetri currently stands as the highest Indian scorer in the league with eight goals in his kitty. Chhetri's teammate Udanta Singh and Delhi Dynamos FC's sensational youngster Lallianzuala Chhangte share the second spot in that chart with five goals each.

One interesting fact about this season has been the rise in the number of goals scored by Indian players. A total of 84 goals have been registered by the Indian contingent in the league phases of Hero ISL 2018-19 - the most in any season of Hero ISL. To put it into context, last season's group phase saw Indians hit the back of the net on 67 occasions, which was the highest tally till now.

A large reason behind Goa's success this season has been the intricate passing game to overwhelm the opposition. The Gaurs have completed an eye-watering 9525 passes in their 18 matches - more than any other side and almost 1000 more than Jamshedpur FC, who appear second on the list. A total of 74,851 passes have been completed in the 90 matches so far. Goa's Ahmed Jahouh has been the proverbial pass master of the season, with 1300 attempted passes. Interestingly, the Gaurs' midfield general also tops the players' chart for most tackles with 102 to his name.

On the defensive side of things, a total of 49 clean sheets were recorded during the course of the league phase, with NorthEast United FC and Goa topping the charts for shutouts with 8 each. However, it is the Highlanders who boast the tightest defence in the league phases, having conceded the least amount of goals by any team - 18. Bengaluru's Gurpreet Singh Sandhu is the front runner for this season's Golden Glove Award, having conceded a goal in every 90 minutes, while keeping 5 clean sheets. NorthEast's Pawan Kumar (89.38 minutes/ goal) and Mumbai City FC's Amrinder Singh (84.61 minutes/ goal) are hot in his heels as the race between the three extends into the semi-finals.

Jamshedpur’s Memo hold the honour of affecting the most interceptions this season so far with 39. He edged out Delhi Dynamos FC’s Gianni Zuiverloon (36) and Mumbai City FC’s Sauvik Chakrabarti (34) to head the list. Sauvik, will, however, be involved in the semi-finals and has the opportunity to leapfrog Jamshedpur’s midfield enforcer.

For Hero ISL 2017-18 champions Chennaiyin FC, it has been a season to forget. John Gregory's men finished bottom of the league this time around to the disappointment of the fans. However, Chennaiyin do find themselves topping the charts as the most disciplined team this season. With just 24 yellow cards and no sending offs, the two-time Hero ISL champions have been the most disciplined side on the pitch this season. On the other end of the disciplinary spectrum, FC Pune City have been the most reckless side this term with 50 yellow cards and three red cards to their name. Two of the red cards were shown to striker Marcelo Pereira.
