Pandiyan Srinivasan began his youth career with Tamil Nadu-based Noble Football Academy before moving to Chennai to play for Indian Bank in the CFA Senior Division. His big break came in 2017 when he was signed by Chennai City FC. He joined Chennaiyin FC at the end of the 2017-18 season before returning to Chennai City FC on loan for the 2018-19 Hero I-League season and won the trophy with them. He was part of the Chennaiyin FC squad for Hero ISL 2020-21 and made his debut.
