Shaiborlang Kharpan is a striker from Meghalaya. He began his youth career at Shillong Lajong FC, making his Hero I-League debut in 2013 against Sporting Clube de Goa. He moved to Kerala Blasters FC in 2017, and featured for their reserve team before spending a successful season on loan at Ozone FC. He was promoted to Kerala’s first team for the 2019-20 season but didn’t make his debut.
