The defender from Mizoram began his football career with Aizawl FC, making his Hero I-League debut during the 2015-16 season. He joined East Bengal FC in 2017, before moving to their rivals Mohun Bagan AC ahead of the 2019-20 season. Lalramchullova made five appearances as Mohun Bagan AC won the trophy. After sealing a move back to SC East Bengal, Lalramchullova will be looking to make his Hero ISL debut in the 2020-21 season.
