Bio
Sarineo Fernandes began his football career with local Goan outfit Young Strikers of Benaulim in the GFA U-14 Division in 2013. After spending a season there, he joined Salgaocar FC and subsequently Sporting Clube de Goa. With the Flaming Orange, Sarineo played in the GFA U-16 and U-17 leagues. He made his debut in the Goa Professional League with FC Bardez Goa and then joined Dempo SC on loan. He was picked by FC Goa in 2018 and featured for their developmental teams thereafter. Sarineo was promoted to the senior team ahead of Hero ISL 2020-21. However, after no opportunities with the Gaurs, he joined SC East Bengal ahead of the 2021-22 Hero ISL.
