Therefore, when the fixtures for the new season were released on Friday, there was some real buzz and excitement in the air, with fans of all participating teams coming forward to mark their calendars for their favourite fixtures. The league action begins on October 20, with the final taking place on February 23.
Bengaluru’s renowned fan group, the West Block Blues were among the first ones to express their excitement. Kerala Blasters and their supporters weren’t too far behind, with fans from the other teams also adding to the enthusiasm.
