Asif Khan is a native of Mumbai and was part of Mumbai City FC’s football academy. He impressed immensely with their team in the U-18 Hero I-League in 2018-19 with four goals and two assists to his name. The attacking midfielder replaced the injured Anwar Ali during the 2019-20 Hero ISL.
