Previously a part of Bengaluru FC’s U-18 team, Isak Vanlalruatfela moved to Aizawl FC ahead of the 2018-19 season. He joined Odisha FC ahead of Hero Indian Super League 2020-21 and made two brief appearances for them. The 20-year-old scored his first goal for the Juggernauts in a 6-4 victory over SC East Bengal on 30 November 2021.
