German midfielder Ville Matti Steinman began his youth career at TSV Bargteheide and then SV Preußen Reinfeld, before joining former Bundesliga side Hamburger SV’s youth academy. After making his professional debut with the club, he spent time on loan at Chemnitzer FC before joining 1.FSV Mainz 05’s B team. He returned to Hamburger SV in 2018, before moving to Denmark to play for Vendsyssel FF. He last turned out for Australian A-League club Wellington Phoenix and will play for SC East Bengal in Hero ISL 2020-21.
