Paulo Retre, the Wellington Phoenix midfielder, has appeared in the vast majority of the side's Isuzu UTE A-League matches in 2024/2025, making 20 appearances overall and accumulating 1,278 minutes of playing time. He has started in 15 of these appearances across their 26 fixtures and come on as a substitute on five occasions. The last Isuzu UTE A-League appearance that Retre made came on May 4 for Wellington Phoenix versus Perth Glory; a match that he played 26 minutes in during a 2-0 defeat. In total, he has scored two Isuzu UTE A-League goals this term, making him tied as the side's third-top league scorer. He has been booked four times. Retre was last on target in the league in the 3-2 defeat against Melbourne Victory on April 12, netting in the 75th minute.
