Attacker Chencho Gyeltshen plays for Punjab and has taken part in the vast majority of their I-League matches in 2020/2021, making 14 appearances overall and accumulating 1,171 minutes of playing time. He has been selected in the starting XI in 13 of these appearances across their 15 fixtures and entered as a substitute on one occasion. The last league game that Gyeltshen played came on March 27 for Punjab versus Churchill Brothers; a meeting that he played 90 minutes in during a 3-2 defeat. The 24-year-old has scored seven goals this I-League season, which ranks him joint fifth overall in this category in 2020/2021, while also making him the top league scorer for his side.
