Bio
Samuel Lalmuanpuia began his youth career at the Chandigarh Football Academy before joining Shillong Lajong's youth team in 2015. He made his senior debut in Hero I-League 2015-16 and went on to become one of the centerpieces for the Red Dragons. The 2017-18 Hero I-League campaign saw him bag the Emerging Player of the Season award. He joined Minerva Punjab on loan during the 2018-19 season and played in all of their six AFC Cup matches and scoring once. Samuel made his Hero ISL debut with Kerala Blasters FC in Hero ISL 2019-20 and joined Odisha FC ahead of Hero ISL 2020-21. He made three appearances before moving to ATK Mohun Bagan during the 2020-21 transfer window.
