Courage Pekuson, who is an attacking midfielder, played at Slovenian club FC Koper and was part of the Ghana Under-23s. He joined the Prva Liga outfit FC Koper in August 2016 and played 23 times for the club, before joining Kerala Blasters leading up to Hero ISL 2017-18. Predominantly a left winger, Pekuson can also play on the opposite flank and even centrally as an attacking midfielder. His debut Hero ISL campaign was a decent too, as he played 17 of Kerala’s 18 matches and scored one goal. The Ghanaian was also one of Kerala’s standout performers in the 2018-19 campaign. Under a new management, Pekuson will be hoping to take his game to the next level in the upcoming season.
