Pranjal Bhumij is a youth product of the DSK Shivajians academy. The midfielder made his professional debut for the senior team in the Hero I-League against Churchill Brothers in 2017. He was picked as a developmental player by Mumbai City FC before Hero ISL 2017-18 and played six games for them through the season, all as a substitute. In Hero ISL 2018-19, Pranjal played 10 matches and scored his first goal for the Islanders. He clocked 29 minutes in the 2019-20 season and added four more appearances to his name in Hero ISL 2020-21.
